PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PELATIHAN REFLEKTIF ASESMEN ALTERNATIF BAGI GURU PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI

The purpose of this research is to develop an alternative assessment reflective training model as outlined in the implementation guide. This Research and Development process follows steps ADDIE model. results show that guide products are categorized very valid feasible. In addition, effective used seen from evaluation Level 1: Perception good category, 2: Learning high 3: Performance category.Keywords: Alternative Assessment Reflective Training Model; Early Childhood Education Teacher. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan pelatihan reflektif asesmen alternatif yang dituangkan dalam panduan pelaksanaan pelatihan. Proses Penelitian dan Pengembangan mengikuti langkah-langkah ADDIE. Hasil menunjukkan produk dengan kategori sangat layak. Selain itu, efektif digunakan dilihat dari hasil evaluasi 1 : Persepsi baik, 2 Belajar tinggi, 3 Kinerja baik. Kata Kunci: Model Pelatihan Reflektif Asesmen Alternatif; Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.
